Ann-Sofie Ellefors is an experienced Coach, Facilitator and Leadership Consultant, who has worked with Executives and Management Teams across many industries including IT, Tele-communications, Banking and Pharmaceuticals.
Before moving into Leadership consultancy and Education, Ann-Sofie had a career in sales and export management for international corporations such as Oracle and EF Education. At Oracle, she led partner sales and strategic development of key stakeholders.

Ann-Sofie focuses on facilitating Inner Leadership and change by aligning teams and building trust.
Ann-Sofie specialises in Incentive and Motivation Corporate Programs as well as Customized Leadership Training, Executive Coaching and Workshops.
She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation since 2016, is certified in DISC and 360 analysis and a graduate Coach from CoachU, Advanced Coaching Program, 200 h and the ORSC, Organization Relationship System Coaching program by CRR.
Ann-Sofie has personally worked with Microsoft Sweden, Telia Company, Ericsson, SEB Bank and more.
