Henri’s background is in human resources management, covering a large number of roles including talent acquisition and career development, compensation & benefits, resource planning, internal communication, change management, and international mobility. He managed teams of up to 25 reporting staff, and performed in various industries.

His expertise lies in developing and engaging leaders in dynamic and fast-changing environments, in cross-cultural and complex company structures, and he helps them to achieve their goals in alignment with their business strategy. Henri regularly trains and coaches executives, and he consults clients in developing talent strategies and processes.
He is a certified practitioner in Myers Briggs Type Indicator, 360 Degree Feedback, The Leadership Circle. He is certified a CPCC coach with CTI Co-active coaching, as well as a Somatic Coach. He has undertaken several modules in the application of NVC (Non Violent Communication) at the Association pour la Communication Non Violente in Paris.
