On paper, international collaboration is the dream: leading to different perspectives, global impact, and creative solutions. But we need professionals who can engage with the inherent challenges. They are able to work with people from diverse cultures and do so virtually.
Our approach is based on the work of Theresa Sigillito Hollema, author of the book Virtual Teams Across Cultures. We design workshops to develop the capacities for global collaboration and team programs to explore the concepts while strengthening the international team.
